Currently operating in 12 Studio, we provide a rehearsal space for musicians with an ear for quality. Equipped with high end to mid range gear, 12 Studio is furnished for comfort, creating the perfect environment conducive to stimulating the creative juices.

My comment: Great studio. Everything's new. You get the adjust your microphones (usually the studio guy will do it). For the price you're paying, it's cheap!
